Yes. Masai Mara tracks, Amboseli access roads, and Rift Valley park routes require high-clearance 4WD — especially in wet season or when you are carrying camping gear. A city sedan is not suitable for reserve gates or unpaved Mara loops. We quote safari-configured Toyota Land Cruisers and similar 4x4s built for Kenya park realities.
